Welcome to Happy Bump & Baby
I'm Laura, mum to two boys and owner of Happy Bump & Baby, based in St Asaph, Denbighshire, in north Wales. Through 8 years of teaching, and my own experiences of early motherhood, I know how important education, support and community are to the wellbeing of a new mother, and the impact that has on their baby. That's why I offer classes and workshops from pregnancy through to preschool that offer evidence-based information, non-judgmental support and that all important village of other mums who just get it.

Birthing classes and workshops
Weekly mums-only birthing classes and workshops for mum and birth partner, to help you feel prepared and empowered about your upcoming birth.
Postnatal and baby classes
Yoga, massage and wellbeing classes from around 6 weeks postnatal up to preschool. Baby-led and mother-centred.
Workshops
Evidence-based, non-judgemental workshops to give you a little bit of extra support for some of early parenting's trickier subjects.
Laura is absolutely amazing. I attended the 6 week birthing classes and was amazed at the level of care and information we received. The classes are intimate and calming. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We've made friends in the class that have continued now our babies are born. I highly recommend this class to any pregnant lady.
